CORA is a secure, robust, browser-accessed resource scheduling system that is scalable to thousands of users - from desktop to multi time-zone, multi-location global enterprise. It requires no user training, and has interoperability with standard e-mail.

In use with the largest of multi-national companies, the system

  • empowers users
  • eliminates double bookings
  • minimises administrative overhead

It has comprehensive support for

  • bookings of any resource from conference rooms to hot-desks
  • ordering of catering or other extras
  • inviting people to meetings (v1.6 - iCal/Outlook compat.)

New features include

  • my bookings displayed on Month2View (v1.6), Day2View (v1.6) or listing formats
  • quick book facility or personal saved searches (v1.6)

CORA is installed on an enterprise intranet and users are typically transparently identified and authenticated by their domain logon credentials. The system utilises an ASP front end, Vizola FMS business components and SQL Server database.
