Out of Hours - this returns a true/false by comparing the time-of-day it is called with the inputs [After xxx] and [Before xxx], ignoring the dateparts.
Retrieve Email BulkOperation - if possible, this returns the oldest email bulkoperation entity that has emails in Draft state. The one input is a max age filter. It also returns true/false
on whether there are more than the one entity returned.
Process Email BulkOperation - this processes a batch of outgoing draft emails from the input bulkoperation and returns true/false on whether there are more to process. Another input is the
batch-size.
Process Email (Single) - this processes a single draft email. For example, you can use this create an on-demand workflow to process (and send) draft emails.
Add to Marketing List - this adds a contact / account / lead to a marketing list. For example. you can create a workflow triggered by a click-thru to add 'interested' recipients to a
product-specific follow-up list.
Delete Sent Email Attachment Bodies - this deletes the body content of (filtered) sent email attachments. The filter allows you to determine the age of the email, the min size of attachment
and whether to restrict to VEM-generated attachments. For example you can create a periodically-running workflow to reduce the database storage by eliminating duplicated data.
